How do I cancel my subscription?

If you bought a monthly subscription (Basic or Advanced), then you can cancel your subscription anytime. Follow these steps to cancel your subscription:

Step 1: Navigate in the top menu on “Resume” and “My plan”.

Step 2: You will see then your currently active subscription and the expiration date. Next to it you will see the button “Cancel subscription”.

Step 3: Simply click on “Cancel subscription” and confirm your choice.

Keep in mind that you still can download your documents until your subscription expires.
