Big Bang Enterprises Inc (“Big Bang”), trading primarily as The Retail Outsource LLC (“Retail Outsource”), aims to improve the sales performance and brand reach of its clients through the provision of consulting and strategic management services.
FOUNDING STORY
Retail Outsource is a unit of US-based outsource group The Revenue Optimization Companies (“TROC”).
TROC was established in 2000 by its Chief Executive Officer Brett Beveridge (“Beveridge”). TROC is among America’s fastest growing outsource companies.
Its rapid growth has notably been included in Inc Magazine’s 5000 List of Fastest Growing Companies six times in the past seven years.
In 2018, TROC was also included in Deloitte’s Technology Fast 500 list. Retail Source functions as one of TROC’s four core operating units alongside Mobile Insight, The Consumer Insight, and SYMBITS. The company is based in Coral Gables, Florida and serves clients across the US, including Puerto Rico.

info: Beveridge is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of TROC and has served as Chief Executive Officer of Retail Outsource since 2003. He also serves as Chief Executive Officer of TROC units Mobile Insight, The Consumer Insight, and SYMBITS. Beveridge is responsible for leading the overall strategic direction of TROC and its subsidiaries and functions as the group’s principal decision maker. Beveridge previously co-founded telecommunications company Let’s Talk Cellular and Wireless, where he served as President and Chief Executive Officer from 1989 to 2001. In 2001, he joined Sprint Nextel Corporation as Vice president of National Retail and Retail Estate Expansion. In addition to his role at TROC, Beveridge is also a member of The Strategic Forum, the University of Miami’s President’s Council, and YPO.
info: Mark Adams (“Adams”) serves as TROC’s Chief Operating Officer. He is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of TROC’s activities, as well as those of its various business units, including Retail Outsource. Adams has extensive experience as an executive, notably in the telecommunications sector. From 1985 to 1997 he worked at Ritz Camera, including a spell as Vice President of Marketing. In 1997, he joined Sprint Nextel Corporation, where he held roles of increasing responsibility, including spells as Vice President of Retail Distribution and Regional Vice President. He went on to hold senior executive positions at Wireless Channels and Enhanced Wireless Inc, before establishing his own management consulting company, Adam Management and Consulting LLC, in 2006.
info: Lowell Rush (“Rush”) has served as Chief Financial Officer at TROC since 2017. He is responsible for leading the group’s financial management operations, including its tax and accounting departments, as well as those of its core business units. Rush began his career at as an auditor at Deloitte. He went on to hold audit and financial reporting positions at Ernst and Young, Knight-Ridder Inc, and Burger King Corporation between 1981 and 1995. He has since held numerous senior leadership and executive positions, including spells as Director of Strategic Planning at Sunglass Hut International, Chief Financial Officer at Gusto Marketing Services, Chief Financial Officer of Little Switzerland, and Chief Operating Officer at Dr. Brandt Skincare. Prior to joining TROC, he served as Chief Financial Officer at PAYBOX Corp.
