History

SCA Appraisal Company was known as Southern California Appraisal Company in the 1980s. In 1979, Tim and Paula Davis founded the company and they soon realized that they wanted to expand and offer their services to the rest of the state of California. As a result, they eventually renamed the company to its current name in 1995. In 1997, SCA Appraisal Company acquired their first batch of assignments outside California. This was an attempt to expand their coverage nationwide, first going to neighboring states such as Arizona and Nevada.

SCA may have just started in southern California, but they now operate across several states and employ well over 150 employees to take care of operations, call center services, financial services, marketing, and sales. With over three decades worth of experience, SCA Appraisal Company knows exactly what they are doing. The insurance company is headquartered in Burbank, California.
